Report containing all transactions with their sales taxes

You can run the Tax Agency Detail report to view all your taxable transactions that correspond to the box number on the sales tax return.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Select Suppliers & Payables.
3. Then, choose the Tax Agency Detail Report. 

If you also want to see the information for each line of the tax return, you can pull up the Tax Agency Report instead.

When it's time to settle the payables, simply navigate to the File Sales Tax window.
