I signed up for quickbooks online when I should have signed up for quick books SELF EMPLOYED! now it wont let me sign up for it at all, keep getting a screen that comes up when I try to buy the its fetching my data but nothing ever comes up!! how can I sign up for it with the same email as quickbooks online...

I'll help you create an account for QuickBooks Self-Employed using the same login you have with QBO. Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Switch to a different browser. You can use Mozilla, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
  2. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/.
  3. Click Buy Now. 
  4. Enter all required information to proceed. 

If you're still getting the same error message. Please call our Sales Department so they can help setting up your QBSE account. Their phone number is located in the upper-right hand part of the website I've shared above.
