My snapshots are not syncing to Quickbooks online. Please help, I have a years worth of receipts.

Common reasons why snapshots fail to sync include incorrect file formats, slow internet, or cluttered app data. To resolve this, first ensure your files are in a QuickBooks-supported format. If the format is correct, the next step is to refresh the app data to clear any outdated information while keeping your files safe.

For Android:
Navigate to Menu > More Options > Settings > Refresh Data, then select YES to confirm.

For iPhone:
Go to your device Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find the QuickBooks Online app > select Offload App.
