QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to point you in right direction to get the support you need to access your transactions.
One step to try when the upload of transactions isn't happening would be to re-enter your sign in info. I encourage you to follow these steps to re-enter your sign in info.
Click on Banking transactions from the left menu
Click on the Edit ✎ in the top right of the tile for your RBC account
Open Edit sign in info
Manually type in the required elements
Complete the required fields
Hit Save and connect
This type of issue can also be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.
