Question

The 4 Business Purposes available out-of-the-box for recording mileage are not applicable to our business to business work. How can I add appropriate purposes to the list

We do surveys but the homeowners are not our clients. (Meeting with client is not appropriate). We don't rideshare, or pickup goods/supplies or deliver/dropoff. I want to create purposes for our mileage tracking that don't cause suspicion regarding our business activities.

I agree - I am in the funeral industry so driving to a crematorium to deliver a ceremony doesn't fit any of the categories.  I went on a training course last week - again nothing even close.  

 

Contacting an accountant doesn't solve this.  Why won't Quickbooks do an update to add more options that I suspect would be relevant to a large percentage of users.  Aterall, user experience should be a strong focus.
