You can export multiple reports and lists into individual Excel files in one step. Here's how;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Export data
2. Click on the Reports tab and set the date range
3. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off
4. Hit Export to Excel.
You'll be prompted with confirmation that the data has been exported.
