When searching for estimates it keeps saying no results so I have to go online to search.

The reason your QuickBooks Online mobile app is returning a "no results" error when you search for estimates is likely due to outdated or corrupted cached data. You can easily resolve this by clearing the app’s cache through your device settings.

 

Here's how:

 

For iOS

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap Settings.
  2. Click Refresh Data, then Refresh Now.

 

For Android

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app. A fresh installation performs a complete reset, wiping away any underlying software glitches or corrupt local files that a standard cache clear might miss.
