What is the most efficient way to enter and reconcile Owl Practice income and receipts payments into QBO?

There's no direct way to integrate Owl Practice into QBO. However, there's a way to enter transactions from Owl Practice and reconcile them and I'm going to show you how.

You'll need to manually enter income transactions as invoice for paid later transactions or sales receipt for real-time transactions. Here's how:

1. On the home page of your QBO account, click the + New button.
2. Select Invoice or Sales Receipt.
   
3. Enter all necessary information that matches from the Owl Practice's transaction.
4. Click Save and Close.

Do this for all the transactions you need to add. For the payments, you can either create a Receive Payment transaction or Deposits affecting Accounts Receivable then apply as payment to an invoice. Since you're manually creating the transactions you can reconcile the account just like a normal reconciliation in QBO. 

After reconciling you can close your books depending on your fiscal year to avoid unwanted changes before filing your sales tax.
