Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I know how having the option to download transactions to PDF from QuickBooks Online can make a big difference in your record keeping, so I'm glad to see you're taking advantage of that feature. Running into errors can cause delays in your workflow, but I'm here to help you through it so you can get this estimate downloaded and move on with your day.
Whenever these kinds of errors come up in QuickBooks Online, there are a few staple steps that I like to take users through to resolve them. Since QuickBooks Online exists in the cloud, errors can occur because of browser and internet issues, so it's good to rule these out right away. There's also a chance that one of the troubleshooting steps I'm about to recommend will resolve the issue right away, so I encourage you to go through these one at a time to see if that's the case.
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If those don't resolve the issue, don't worry! That's not the end of the road. The next step in this scenario is to contact a member of our support team using one of the options below. This gives us the chance to work with you, see the error, troubleshoot further, and figure out the next steps to resolving it. Here's how to get in touch.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
Give us a shout as soon as you have a moment. I hope that you have a great rest of your week!
