When i try to do an invoice it says that my subscription might be expired. Why is that.

The message you're seeing appears when there's a subscription or billing concern in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Jordan.

 

To address this, let's check your subscription status first.

 

Here'show:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account and click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Subscriptions and billing under Profile.

 

If you see a Resubscribe button, your subscription may have expired.
