Where can I find the list of active, date-sensitive reminders generated by the Recurring Transactions feature in the latest version of QB Online?

The 'Next Date' feature of some of my Recurring Transactions does not update after I use the entry from the master list.

You can find the list of active and date-sensitive reminders in QuickBooks Online by running a Recurring Template list. This report displays the template name, as well as the previous and next dates for your recurring transactions.

To access it, head over to the Report menu on the left side of your screen. In the Search bar, enter Recurring Template List. From there, you can see all your reminders or click the Customise option in the upper-right corner to filter the data. You can also navigate to the Gear icon, then under Lists, select Recurring transactions and filter the Template Type to Reminder and Transaction Type to All.

About the "next date" feature not updating after an entry is used. I suggest contacting our Live Support team for a quick screenshare session to investigate the root cause of the issue and follow the next steps to take by going to the Help icon. From the Search tab, select the Contact Us option below. Enter a brief description of the problem inside the box and hit Continue. Choose Callback.
