Why am I no longer able to print a journal entry ?

Until quite recently, after I posted a journal entry I was able to print it. Now when I print the journal entry nothing loads, it prints a blank page. The journal entry was posted correctly I am just not able to print it. What changed?

Hello there, mlaplaunte7. A blank page when printing is often a browser issue. Cached data and cookies stored in your browser can affect how the page loads and renders content, which can result in a blank printout.

 

You can try refreshing the page or logging out and back into your account to reset your browser connection and refresh your session.

 

If the issue persists, you can try using an incognito window or a supported browser. Stored cache can sometimes interfere with the print tool.
