Why are my emails from quickbooks desktop going to classic outlook and not new outlook, how to I change it
When I send emails from Quickbooks desktop they are not in my new outlook 360 outbox. I have to open classic outlook and then they get sent. How to I redirect them to the new outlook 360 outbox. Also another question, in an update the sent from email address got changed and now the email on the form is not the email that the sent emails come from. Where is the sent from email address located , it is not the one on the company template for the form being sent.
