Why isn't my HST payment I filed with Revenue Canada not show up in my chart of accounts banking

Hello,

I just noticed that my interim payments to Revenue Canada does not show up in my chart of accounts banking. Why?  I thought as soon as I record it in sales tax it would show that coming off my bank account balance.
