We had to credit the account initially as it was an EFT payment. I need to write a cheque to the third party, and want it to remove the credit on our Customer 's account. How should I proceed?
I have 170 customers, I would like to see a list come up to see which ones have an over due account
The window opens behind the "Sale Details" and cannot be seen unless I close it. I then have to re-open the Sale details to search for the newly created Item that was added to quickbooks. This windo previously opened in front of the "Sale details" window, to edit. I have tried multiple different browsers on different platforms, with the same result.
I wonder if I need to turn on inventory tracking in QuickBooks online when using the lightspeedx as my POS

It would allow adding new inventory items without adding to the price rules once they are set-up. You can then create pricing changes based on items income account and type of customer
Changing the # of customers in the gear to 100, 150 etc. doesn't fix it. This is true for Safari, Firefox, and Chrome
On customer pages you can see "nameid=" on the end of the url of the customer page, but on project pages it shows a much longer ID and it is not the ID that syncs to the name field. I know this because I am using Zapier to sync entries and using the ID from the project url results in an error, but using zapier I could find an ID that worked for the project, wondering if there is an easier way to find this in QBO since finding it through Zapier is very inefficient.
Does anyone else here have the issue of the "message to customer" section in custom form styles being deleted? I input a message for estimates under 1000 words too to well within the word limit.The odd this is that when I add the message and save, it stays there just fine until I log out of QBO.When I log back in it's removed. Very annoying and has effected work flow as the custom message is basically our terms for estimates and invoices.
