I have two companies with QBO. Some of the receipts that I've scanned have gone into the wrong company. Is there a way of mass selecting moving them and moving the selected receipts from one company to another? It would save me a lot of time if so!Thanks.Adrian

Hi there, I have noticed that for the last month I have a transaction still pending despite the money having been received, since this transaction has be stuck in "pending" status I have had no other transactions show up in my quickbooks account despite the money having been received by my bank! Is there a solution to this so that my records are accurate? Many thanks

I have an issue with open invoices. Recently I was adding old invoices that were paid and match bank transactions. But unexpectedly 4 payments were marked now as unapplied payments (however if i go to invoices and received payments report I can see those payments received for correct invoices). In a same time those payments are categorized as unapplied and therefore if I create new invoice the amount is taken from credits and invoice is marked as paid (which is not). I'm very confused and can't find a mistake as I was creating invoices as usual and received payment for every invoice. Can you please help me to solve my problem as now I can't create a new invoices. You can check my picture, you will see unapplied payments. I have issues with those 4 dates: 16.08.23,18.08.23,24.08.23 and 29.08.23Many thanks

I recently started using Quickbooks and I tried to connect my personal Santander account but its not working. I am using the same login details as my bank account but doesnt seem able to recognize the login information. Any advice?Thanks

We have a particular problem in quickly identifying the balance outstanding at any moment in time. We use multicurrency. Currently we export a particular Supplier account to Excel and then create a cumulative running balance column to understand our financial position. We have over 300 suppliers in a dozen currencies and its most unsatisfactory. Please tell us WHEN the intuit development team will be introducing this option. Why do some transactions not always show up in the "match transaction" list when I try to match to a bank transaction?

I have added the new bank a/c to the COA and I have several transactions to import.  It's a Stripe a/c so can't see a way of linking the a/c to QBO.  I'm happy to import a csv, but I can't see it on the bank transactions section to enable me to import it, but not sure what I'm missing?

Thank you for the reply. I am using android device Google Pixel 6. Everything is set up as you described. Everything worked ok for couple of months, and it started giving thar error three days ago. Also when logged in on my laptop it just says no trips to review. When I am driving, small quickbooks icon appears on top line of the phone as it always does. Also if I try to add trip manually it says "Unable to add you trip".

Hello, For the past few day when I go into mileage on the app I get "Unable to retrieve trips" error and cannot review my trips. No trips showing up when logged in on computer either. When I am driving quickbooks tracking app pops up on the phone as per usual. No settings bas been changed, all set up as required by quickbooks. Has anyone else experience the same issue? Thank you for the help!
