I need to put customer’s delivery address on invoice as it’s different to the invoice address how do I do this
Now beyond upset about these year on year price increases. Essentially it appears that Intuit just keep on price matching with Xero/Sage, or they all keep pulling prices up equally. Here we are again in 2024/25 and yet another 17.8% increase in monthly subscription for QuickBooks online.Previous year 2023/24 was a 16.6% increase for QuickBooks online essentials. So that makes 34.4% over 2 years! There is no other explanation for this other than simple extortion/price gouging. Let me make one thing clear, I like QuickBooks for the fluidity and efficiency it brings, in the same way I like Microsoft 365 products. But, Microsoft increased their pricing for 365 less in 5 years than Intuit did in 1 year, not much more to be said on that front!Any potential new customers looking at Intuit QuickBooks need to be fully aware, unless anything changes, this will continue at least until pricing outside of the US is equalised, even then I doubt Intuit will relent.I personally see this as borderline
Nothing been updated
Quickbooks has deleted my payroll, including years worth of history. I'm still waiting for someone "higher up" to resolve this issue. Now late on submitting FPS info to HMRC and it's not looking great for next month. How and can this actually be resolved?
Why does the modern view show the wrong dates when selecting 'Last Financial Year'?Our financial year runs from April to March and when we run it as a classic report it shows the correct dates. When we run the same report in Modern view it shows January to December. It's very odd.
can I go back to the last version
My VAT return when processed in the VAT section of Taxes ws for £87.20. I have used the record refund to add the payment, but the payment from HMRC was for £87.02, so the taxes VAT section is noting 2p owed to the tax man now - how do I record the interest part of the refund
The app isnt syncing the 90 days history it says it will only going back to 23rd April, the app is only showing transactions in the app transactions screen in USD$ not GBP£. Probably due to the currency it isnt posting entries anywhere, so other than the transactions screen the data isnt seen anywhere else including reports like the profit and loss report. The transactions arent creating sales. The system isnt showing any fee or postage information although these settings were configured and checked. I assume all relates to the USD GBP issue but it is not fit for purpose as a reseller. It will need an expenses third party connector costing 6 times as much as this bit of software on the intro deal I got.

HelloWe are being forced to move away from QuickBooks Desktop, however, we use Sales Orders which automatically create a Purchase Order and an Invoice. This is an integral part of our business. When QB Online first came out I tried it but the lack of Sales Orders meant it was useless. I was told that they would be in the next update or were being looked at. I can't see that, in the intervening years, Sales Orders have been added to QB Online. Would other users agree with this or suggest other software?
When choosing tax year in the company set up page, the only two options to choose from are 01 Apr or 06 Apr. These might be relevant to an individual /sole trader for self assessment but not to a limited company which has its own financial year and tax year that might be different from the UK tax year for individuals.
