Leaving Quickbooks online and migrating the data
I had my free 45 minutes with quickbooks. We deleted my bank so we could start over but I couldn’t reconnect to my bank account during the session. I want to start bank transactions from 5th April 2024?
Just input a bank statement but not all transactions are showing on quickbooks self employed
I’ve just got the SoleTrader most basic Quickbooks subscription. When I went through my SumUp account settings to link to accounting software it says it’s not supported?!
Our Sales system reports everything in USD, but our QuickBooks company file is set up in GBP (both company currency and base currency). As a result, our revenue numbers in QuickBooks don’t match the revenue shown in our CRM system. I’d like to know: Is there a built-in report in QuickBooks that allows converting our Sales P&L into USD? If not, what’s the best way to achieve this? (e.g., custom reports, workarounds, or third-party integrations) Has anyone faced a similar challenge, and how did you resolve it?
Requested bank my POS
I've tried multiple times to reconnect my Virgin credit card to my QB, and succeed in connecting to the Mobile Virgin account and giving permission, but then get returned to intuit and am asked to press 'continue' to finish the process, but this just takes me right back to Virgin, and then I get an error message.
I am considering a subscription to QuickBooks Self Employed, but as I run a micro bakery from home, my question is how to manage expenses that are divided between business and personal use? At the moment I can claim 25% of mortgage and utilities etc against tax, but I can’t find an easy way of doing this split on QuickBooks?Any advice would be warmly welcome, other than this query that I can’t seem to find answers to online, it looks like a very user-friendly system!
Change bank account
Hi,I am using QB advanced payroll and the Employer NI contributions are calculated without taking into account the employer 3% contribution to the workplace pension. Can anybody advise what setting should be changed to ensure we get this deduction? Thanks
Our company is considering deploying QB Online Advanced. There seem to be many questions and concerns about native backup and recovery with this product. We use a third-party product to back up premise-based server data and to perform cloud-to-cloud backups of M365 data. What would be required to perform QB backups to a local server that could then be captured by the third-party product and saved to that cloud. What would be the format of the files saved locally? If we had to restore a file from 5 years ago, for example, we'd want to be sure that the file format could still be restored to a copy of the current application or to a product like Excel that can still render older data. Are there any limitations to what kinds of QA Online data could be backed up locally?
