Generating Payment Summeries not working

Im trying to generate the payment summaries for the 2019-2020 FY, however there is not a generate button or anything that appears? It does have a note that says I do not have to generate or lodge a payment summery if I've been using STP however I do not report this way and have double checked and it is definitely disabled? Hi All, I have a very interesting thing in Bank Feeds for QBO. I have a rule in place to record all deposits as Rent Income but I have to classify it. When I press on the transaction to classify the transaction and press add, the transaction gets recorded as a check rather than a deposit to the bank. Anyone with a solution?

Hello there, @r-kire-hotmail-c. You've got me here to guide you on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online account. Canceling your QuickBooks Online account can be done from the Accounts and Settings section on your account.  Here's how:Click the Gear icon on the top menu.Choose Account and Settings and tick on Billing & Subscription.In the QuickBooks section, select on Cancel.Press on Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and hit on Confirm Cancel. On the other hand, if you mean to delete your company file, being able to do this on the spot in QBO isn't available. We only allow you to cancel your account.
