Hello everyone, I can't log my account "plus" except from the pc i made subscription from,If i try to get a notification by mail or phone, it does not work & give a message that"We have received your request & will procced" then nothing happens. I need to log in from a different PC (without time overlapping of course), Pls assist. Also; I can't reach a hotline for assistance.
At the moment the new security feature that blocks multiple windows of QB at the same time is blocing many actions. I cannot upload bank file as the popup window closes the initial session. Also, I cannot even open the calculator or take a screenshot without below message. This currently makes it impossible for me to finalise the year end procedures, especially if the bank file upload is being blocked. What happened to your QuickBooks page? How can I get a receivables ageing based on invoice dates?
If i edit and try to save the correct figure it reverts. Its not doing it on all lines of the same invoice

I upgraded from the Essential Plan to QBO Advanced on 2 Jan 2026 to enable supplier profile setup for e-Invoice self-billing. However, the supplier profile page in my company account does not display the required e-Invoice fields. It seems there may be a plan provisioning or access configuration issue in the Advanced plan. I have already shared screenshots with QBOCare. This impacts our ability to comply with LHDN’s e-Invoice self-billing requirements. Any help or escalation is appreciated.
After upgrading to QBO Advanced, the Custom Role permissions assigned to users don’t match their actual access. Certain functions—for example Customer List edit—are unavailable to users who should have them. This issue did not occur in our previous Essential Plan. I suspect a provisioning or synchronization issue in the new plan setup. The case is already open with QBOCare, but this affects our internal access management. I’d appreciate guidance from anyone who faced this post-upgrade or help to escalate it for faster resolution.
We’re unable to link a credit note to an existing e-Invoice when the invoice has a partial payment. Example: invoice amount $690, received $682 (after $8 bank charge). Our normal process is to issue a credit note for $8 to offset the difference. However, QuickBooks blocks this from linking to the original e-Invoice, causing validation errors. I’ve shared details and a screen recording with QBOCare, but need urgent guidance or a workaround to stay compliant with Malaysia’s LHDN e-Invoice validation rules. Any escalation or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

My Amazon Seller account transactions are denominated in USD, while the home/reporting currency of my QuickBooks account is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). During the reconciliation process, the USD amounts are not being automatically converted into HKD using the applicable exchange rates. The transactions appear in USD, and QuickBooks does not apply currency conversion when matching or reconciling these transactions, which results in incorrect balances in HKD reports. In addition, I am unable to automate the classification of Amazon transactions based on the existing product/service items already set up in QuickBooks. The transactions do not map correctly to the corresponding product items, preventing automated posting of sales and related fees to the appropriate accounts. This setup is making reconciliation and reporting difficult, as both currency conversion and item-level classification require manual intervention.

I tried to amend the settings already but the city and the emirate is a minimum requirement to save an adress. Additionally it shows the county as ARE instead of United Arab Emirates. What are my options to get this amended?
