Quickbooks | Create New Categories

Hi I'm tyring to create new Categories for both expenses and income.  For example, I'd like a category to track software subscriptions, and one for affiliate income. There are a few historical posts on the topic, but nothing that seems to represent the current menu structure. I use QB mostly via browser.

CIS labour deduction at 20% has stopped working

Was able to use the CIS labour deduction at 20% option when i invoiced no problem, but it has all of a sudden stopped working for me - it now does say CIS RC20% but in brackets (0%). I was on the phone for an hour with a QB advisor last week and they couldn't figure out a solution - after checking set ups etc which were all fine. Please help!!!

Reviewed column missing on QuickBooks Sole Trader.

We have set up a client on QuickBooks Sole Trader and, using our login, taugh the client how to review the bank transactions and click the checkbox to say that the transaction had been reviewed. Our client went home and logged in using his details and there is no column with the reviewed checkbox, he had forwarded a screen shot showing that colum is missing. Is this something that is only available to us as the accountant? Regards, Al

Why are my receipts disappearing before i can review and create an expence after I snap them?

I click snap receipts > take a photo of reciept > confirm it > quickbooks tells me its extracting data > then nothing happens. In the past I could then review and create expense from receipts, now it just disappeared and nowhere to be seen!

there lots of expenses showing up as disallowable on my self-assessment summary in quickbooks. why is this happening? all of the expenses that i have put in are allowable

i have categorized all of the expenses but they are still showing up as disallowable. what doe this mean?
