Initially, I'd recommend performing some basic browser troubleshooting.

Here's how:

1. Try using a private or incognito browser.
2. Restart your browser.
3. Clear your browser's cached data.
4. Add Intuit as a trusted website.

Also be sure to check your product's system requirements to confirm you meet each of them. If you need to update a web browser, you can usually find steps for doing so on the company's website.

In the event you can't remember your user ID or password for the Intuit Account, you can visit our Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in article and follow the steps to recover it.
