and I just delete the accountant from at Manage accountant page, however it is still there as My Accountant..
When I login to self employed, I get a bad request notification
Can not access Time been asking for help from the help line and got nowhere in five weeks its messed up my payroll they don't seem to care won't even answer my emails their assistance is rubbish.
Please help if you can the bank has received a deposit refund from a supplier I do not want to raise a credit note as the bank has been reconciled in respect of this invoice payment some months again s how do I note a refund in qb

But Quickbooks will not let me do this and says I already have an account. How do I proceed?

I recently noticed that the user function has changed and what they now have access to is much broader than I have given permission for originally.I have users that are "Standard Limited - CUSTOMER only" , however I have noted that they now have access to FULL Management Reports for my business, so they have access to many high level reports and numbers, Vat reports, Company Overview, expenses. This is not acceptable....I have not given permission for this information to be available and I do not want it to be made available. This is a breach of data as I have not given permission for this access that Quick books have given. This is outside of the remit of these staff members.Please urgently advise how this will be fixed as the permissions do not allow for me to remove this currently.Regards.
not functioning as I would like, contacted support and unable to resolve
I had installed QBO on my phone but had to delete and reinstall it. But I am unable to log baxck into the app.again. I get the error message Unable to Sign In. Access has been denied for this operation.I have installed the app on my wifes phone and can get acess but not on my phone.I have uninstalled the app on may occasions.I have rebooted the phone with an without the app installed.The details I have used to log in to the app allow me to log in to the web version but not the app on my phone.I have spoke to Customer Services but was told that they are not trained on the app and were unable to help.Any ideas how to resolve please?

I can accept quickbooks on my momzo app but when it sends me back it asks which account I want to connect and my monzo account is there but dosnt let me click it to connect and there's no other options but to go back and start again
