Where can I find training material for my clients
We are a UK company (registred in Companies House) but we will not be using Quickbooks to file our VAT. A lot of our business is doe in the US and Europe and QBO does not do well with multiple VAT rates and mixing VAT with sales taxes. We understand that we would use our QBO only as a bookkeeping tool. Can we sign up for QBO in the US? We would like to be able to change the language within quickbooks and QBO UK does not offer this. If so, do we need to cancel our current account and start a new one?
Hello, I've created a sole trader account with Quickbooks. I've logged into 'quickbooks online' created an invoice template, merged my bank account, sent invoices out and found there is no menu to take me to my invoices although they have been recieved by clients. I found out the Quick Books

Hello! Ive started using quickbooks to invoice for my micro business. for some reason, it has my personal email address on the invoices when I go to create one, not my business account email - but have set up my quickbooks with my business email, not personal. Any idea how to change that? TIA
Hi everyone, I am importing bills and receipts data using import data option provided by Quick book. My data import is working fine but I want that Impact on cash become immediately as I import bills and receipts data in to Quick book. At current, I needs to make the payment manually after import process. After Bills import, I needs to go the imported transactions and complete the step to make the payment and for Receipt, I needs to do Receipt payments. Thanks,
I am the primary admin for our clients, I need to transfer the primary admin role to the client's new accountant before I transfer the billing. The instructions indicate that there should be an arrow by Actions in manage users in order to do this, however, this does not appear in my clients accounts, am I missing something? Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.Find your client on the list.Select the ▼ dropdown in the Action column and then Make primary admin.Follow the on-screen steps to approve the transfer.
Hello all,I just started using Quickbooks and initiated a sync with my Wise account - the problem is, all the imported transactions are added as Pounds (My business is registered in the UK) while all the transactions from the Wise account are in SGD (Singapore dollars)How can I fix this?

Following migration to QBO from QBDT, I have checked the balances in the trial balance and found 5 accounts with differences within the balance sheet accounts. They are:Debits: A/R £216.67, Retained earnings £88 - Total difference £304.67Credits A/P £7.70, VAT control £193.57, Imported rounding errors £103.40 - Total difference £304.67 Can I post an adjustment journal to amend these?
