I purged my accounts data using the instructions here (for an account less than 90 days old):https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/getting-started/delete-your-data-and-start-over-in-quickbooks-online/00/239404When prompted to select an industry to generate the recommended Chart of Accounts, I can no longer find the industry I signed up with, which was "Online & Wholesale Retailers".I've tried the two options available under the "Retail" heading as well as the "Wholesale" option, none restore the same Chart of Accounts I had been recommended originally.
I pay for QB Pro 1 User Monthly Service Plan for QB Desktop, 2019. I have recently moved to QB Online Essentials, but need to upgrade to Pro, if I am not using the Desktop version I don't need to be paying the monthly service plan correct? Please confirm. Thanks
Why have I been charged twice since QB advices that we cancel our subscription in order to wipe the account and start the subscription again?
