The documents sub page on my Intuit login only has October 24 as my most recent document.
Hi there, Back in May, I got a notification that QuickBooks Self Employed was now considered legacy, so I decided to upgrade, which QB was giving me a pop up to do every time I was on it anyway. I upgraded and all of my data was lost. No invoices, no customers, no transactions, nothing. I called and called, and I was told that their experts were working on it, 4 months ago, it still has no data on it. My tax return is slowly approaching and I have no invoices to show, no expenditure to show. Albeit, my fault for not saving these anywhere, for a bookkeeping service, I'd have at least expected them to keep the books.... Anyone else ran into this?
the code is: Error code: -81594, type: VALIDATION_ERROR It says to contact support, however Quickbooks will only let me ask the community now...

On my new phone, QBSE is telling me it is 'no longer accepting new sign ups'. But I am an existing customer, I just have a new phone.
Sales by product / service summary does not work in modern view but will work if you switch to classic view. This only happens with one user (we have three; one for the accountant, one for company admin & one standard user. It works in the company admin mode, but not in the standard user mode. Anyone have any ideas why this might be please? I have spoke with Ricardo at Quickbooks but that was a week ago, and I have heard nothing since. We use it to create a list of products for each day, so it is something that we can't do without. I am concerned that when / if the option to switch to classic view is removed, we are stuck! Help please.
I would like to customise my categories for transactions is there a way I can do this
It appears I'm unable to print my monthly statements, nothing appears on screen now, somethings changed, this has been happening since June 25. Clicking on the 3 dots to open a PDF brings up a blank screen, can anyone assist?.

In my Self-Employed accounts all the tabs are working apart from the miles tab. When I click on the tab it just results in a blank screen
