when i open my client’s company from my accountant account, the accountant bar is not appearing

I am a very heavy user of QuickBooks and I almost never use a computer. I use my Samsung S24 Ultra phone, and on it, I use both the app and the web version, depending on the situation. Let me start with the mobile app (which was great already before the update). 1. Downloading a PDF is not functioning. I download it and then try to open it, but there's no chance. It shows 0.0 KB on the PDF. I checked again, and now it's working (I hope it stays this way). 2. I'm trying desperately to add a "description item," just text as usual (nothing new or supernatural). Well, I can't. I tried working around that, and guess what? It still shows 0.0, 0.0, as if it's a sale product. I mean, it's just wording for the description, for example, "the below pertains to the main building." 3. I tried to insert a new item in between other items (above or below), but there's no way. It has to be only at the far bottom, and then I have to drag it. 4. I tried to find "convert to invoice," but there's no way. 5

J'ai besoin d'un forfait qui me permet de créer des factures, d'entrer mes dépenses de travailleur autonome, de créer des rapports sur l'état des résultats, des rapports sur le montant de la TPS/TVQ que je dois au gouvernement et de faire le suivi de mes factures envoyées pour obtenir mon revenu dans un rapport en fin d'année pour les impôts. J'utilise actuellement le forfait Plus, mais il y a beaucoup trop de fonctions que je n'ai pas besoin, alors je me demandais si le forfait Démarrage suffirait pour faire ce que je veux faire. Il me semble que oui, sauf pour le suivi des factures payées, je ne sais pas s'il le fait. Merci!

The new update saves after every single input, which is great to fix a previous bug, but takes extra time before editing again. It also used to be easy to click on a customers name to access their info, send an email, text, etc. which I would do to ensure they knew the estimate was on its way. Now I have to go back to the main screen, look up their customer info to be able to do the same. Quotes now take twice as long to send out, this update is horrible and far from user friendly.

How to Delete Accounts (Credit Card or Bank Account) from the Chart of Accounts as the Company Admin? I'm using Quickbooks Online Advanced. It says the Company Admin should have the highest access to take action on this version of Quickbooks and it is not giving the Delete Function. I'm working on setting up the Chart of Accounts and setting up my books for the first time and I need to be able to edit and delete - NOT MAKE INACTIVE.  Most help articles are showing me features that aren't on my screen or are using inactive as a synonym of delete... I'm using Quickbooks Online Advanced which is not shown on the Product list. Please advise, thanks.
