Closed Credit Card - all transactions for 2 years have disappeared I have just recently moved to a new CC but with same bank. Why have all my previous transactions, which all were categorised disappeared? And how do I get them back as my P&L is way off now. Also I was talking to an agent online and he just disappeared, no "is there anything else I can help you with" after 10 mins of me saying hello hello are you there - I gave up. Is QB really as bad as I am now seeing? Time to move to another account product/company??
Can QuickBooks reinstate this or put pressure on HSBC please? Why remove software without any notice. Its nearly the end of the financial year. Help!
I am new to quickbooks and have noticed there is a gap of uploaded bank statements. How do I check what date range bank statements have been uploaded as there seems to be a gap in the bank statements that have been uploaded automatically. I do not want to duplicate as this I am guessing will cause more issues.
I always go in and refresh my bank accounts and then usually have to log out and back in again for the transactions to show.However, I have done this several times (and when refreshing my bank details they are showing as the correct balance) but no transactions are showing since 14th Feb?Any ideas on what I can do to solve this. I have logged out and in several times, tried on my phone / laptop, tried different browsers etc. My bank is HSBC, thanks in Advance, Sally
Hi, I've just started using QB Self Employed and have some issues that I need clearing up. My first problem is that, having imported transcations from several bank accounts, I need to change the automatically assigned transaction type, but can't seem how to do it. Specifically, there are some transfers between accounts that are marked as Bill Payment in the description and QB doesn't seem to want to allow me to change the type to transfer rather than Business/Personal Expenditure or just exclude. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks in advance. Simon
reconciled my bank first then added the invoices so did it the wrong way round.
I know this has been posted alot on the community but i am not managing to get logged into my TSB Business account through Quickbooks online, when i try to log in to link the account it comes up with the following error. We are sorry, an error appears. Please, try again later All the log in details are correct and i don't see why there is a problem as the TSB are on the list of bank that are compatible with the software, I have only been a member since Friday 28th Feb

I used to have our Amex credit card synced with QBO and it stopped fetching data since last weekend. So as usual I disconnected the account and tried to reconnect. To my horror, I cannot find the American Express UK Credit Card signing link any more. Help!
