Is there a contact number that I can ring to solve a problem I am having trying to link my bank to quickbooks? im currently going round and round in a loop.

Quickbooks link goes to Santander, I log into that and then when returning to quickbooks it prompts to buy again when I am already subscribed. Why?

I have transactions from 1 Jan 2025. I need from 1 November 2024. Is there anyway I get reset the start dates to get those first 3 months?

Bank Rules when Importing transactions

Hi, Each time I import transactions via a CSV file none of the existing rules are applied.  I have to review the new transactions.  I then click on the Add Rule link for each transaction that should have a rule, only to be told "A rule matching these criteria already exists"  to which I shout "Well why have you not applied them then?!!" Is this a know problem with imported transactions? Paul.

I am attempting to re-authenticate my Capital One connection. I get to the login popup but the main page shows "We couldn't complete your transaction" Error 571?

This has been an ongoing issue and was fixed temporarily. I can go on to login to Capital One but then when the popup disappears the base page still shows the Error 571 message. Support are not of any help.

My bank account won’t connect

My bank connection is saying consent withdrawn and now I can’t consent how do I fix this

I just reconnected by bank accounts after 1 year and it's taking so long for all transactions to load, how long did it take all yours to load?

I can only see up to a few months ago via my Barclays, but I have been using my Barclays account since early 2024. How long does it take QB to load all transactions?
