Can't connect Tangerine bank account as of last week. Any suggestions?
When I'm connecting to my bank account online, I only enter my card number and PW. QBO is asking me for Customer ID (which I don't have), User ID (which I assume is my card number) and password (the same as I use to connect online). I tried to leave Customer ID field blank but it's not working.
I called my bank and they confirmed that everything is good with my online banking.
I'm attempted to connect to my Wealthsimple chequing and VISA accounts. I try to add accounts under manage accounts and Wealthsimple appears as a supported bank but it does not pull any data. Help?
I have been trying for months to connect my (and my wife's) Wealthsimple chequing and VISA accounts to QBSE without luck. QB support was no help. Wealthsimple appears as a compatible bank but does not connect properly. Anyone able to get transactions from Wealthsimple (in Canada)?

once I use snap receipt from phone and go to input everything on computer, when I go to create expense it tells me that error code but I can't find where I am supposed to fix the account because I have input the account where I want it to go.

I have USD and CAD accounts under my one company. Received USD payments in USD Checking account but when started receiving CAD payments in CAD chequing account it started showing below error: Change this transaction currency to match what you use for your accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Bonjour, Depuis quelques semaines, les opérations synchronisés de nos comptes Desjardins s'affichent en anglais uniquement. Nous n'avons rien modifié de notre coté. Cela est arrivé suivant une synchronisation. J'aimerais savoir comment remettre les opérations en français et corriger les opérations en anglais.
