I have an ATB business account with an attached Mastercard. When I connect my bank account and log in, I am able to see that I have a Chequing account and a Mastercard account. I am able to connect them to my QB account. After the accounts connect "successfully" I get an error that says: We can’t find this account at your bank Let’s make sure the right accounts are connected to QuickBooks. This may take a few minutes. (324)
Basically, man, it’s honestly terrible. I’ve had to authenticate myself over and over again and change my password multiple times because QuickBooks keeps failing to connect with RBC—and then RBC locks my account.I’ve been quietly putting up with this for years. But this time, I had to spend 3 hours authenticating, reauthenticating, and changing my password. I had to change it five times because QuickBooks didn’t seem to recognize the new RBC password or something.Your API connection to RBC is just broken. It doesn’t work. I have no idea what you’re going to do to fix this, but I’ve wasted so many hours. I genuinely considered ditching QuickBooks and going back to Excel. This is not worth my time.The whole reason I use QuickBooks is for the bank connection...Please, seriously, pay attention to the integrations and figure out how to fix this.
Additionally the rules that I setup are also not including the location anymore. I have to select each expense after I accept it in the bank transaction screen and add the location again.
After updating / linking, my bank statements shows more items than the items transferred to QB
quickbook transactions are automatically categorizing my transactions. it use to live them in for review and i would review it and add it, but now it just goes straight to categorized which is auto posting to wrong accounts and it is causing me headache. anyone has this and how did you resolve please. i just want transactions to be in for review until i review. and not go starght to categorized without being reviewed.
I think I’m double booking my credit card expenses cause when I transfer money from my chequing to my credit card I don’t know what to catagorize it as so quickbooks doesn’t count it as a expense or income
It's not limited to a set range of dates...for example, on a specific date, some transactions imported and others did not.
i have tried one lump some and even smaller groups. so far it is only letting me do one at a time and I have almost 300 to upload
cannot get the bank statement either? I keep getting the error message saying to complete secure connection?
Why do I get error 185 -Complete some security steps for Banque de Montreal - Personal. Then we’ll get your latest transactions. (185). every time I try to update my transaction? Is this normal or a glitch? It is bank specific? Seems pointless to have to do it over and over again every time
There was an error message at first about negative balance even though the format is correct. now it would just go back to the same page
