When I view an estimate I can see all the items and the amounts of each that I have invoiced. How do I get this information to my customer. I'm trying to make an SOV.

I am trying to upload my first 7 items and it is returning the below text. We found some problems and couldn't import all of your data. Fix the info in the highlighted fields and try again. You can't use Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR because Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR already exists. To make this change, you'll need to give Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR a new, unique name or go to the Categories list to give the other Gym Equipment: Standard: DP-001-GR a different name.
I have just set up with my bank with a Creditor ID and they require the data in XML format. How can I export the required files from QBO directly or do I need a third party App? If so, which one?
I'm importing BofA transactions into QBDT 2022. I like to use Rules, which I find helpful as I download monthly payments to my contractors. I've been using Direct Connect. It seems, however, that downloading the QBO file directly from the BofA checking account populates the Memo field, which seems to be blank in my Direct Connect ingest. The additional information in the Memo field allows me to write Rules for many additional transactions For example, with Direct Connect I cannot write rules for either Venmo or PayPal transactions, whereas I can with the QBO Memo field. Can the Memo field be added to Direct Connect? Or is it actually there, but I'm not seeing it?
I selected the Excel file to upload and clicked on the Browse button. Then the message: "Something's not quite right! Unexpected server error. Please try again." appeared. I cleared the cache/browser history, but the error keeps coming up. Any clue how to solve this? Or is there really a server error at this time?
Can I import bank monthly statements automatically in CSV file format by linking QuickBooks online to my bank? Can you provide specific step-by-step instructions on how to do it?
As recently advertised, Quickbooks is exiting India business, it is really sad and I will be missing QB. So wondering what the community is planning to move forward based on this announcement, which system are you looking at migrating to and how to move transactions from QB to the new system.
Export all quickbooks data to CSV, since Quickbooks is moving out of India (All Transaction level, invoices, P&L, every line item every entered into Quickbooks)
Hi all As I see QuickBooks uses the Customer Name as Customer ID (that has to be unique etc) instead of Customer Company that is the REAL LEGAL ENTITY that participates in the financial transaction. This does not make sense. We issue invoice to a company not to its boss, or to a contact person we have in the company. Isn't it the reality out there? or there is something I have not understand? I think the Customer Company Name should be the Customer ID, and what QB call "Customer Name" should be just a "Contact Person" of this company, even being its owner.I saw that the same view, of what customer is, is applied and on importing customers and invoices. So the question is"How could I use my Customers Company Name as the real Customer IDs of my QB account?" On importing Customers, should I enter- Company Names under the header "Customer Name", and- my Contact Persons under the header "Company Name" or just leave "Company Name" empty and not use Contact Pers
It appears that "Receipts" function within Banking only facilitates the entry of bills with a single line or single VAT rate. There must be a way to deal with multiple line items and multiple VAT rates but I cannot identify it. Help please!
I currently have a single licence QBDT Desktop 2020 Pro (UK Version) parked on my laptop. Although it is the UK version, my company is in Rwanda, home currency Rwanda Francs. I want to use it in a multi-user environment across countries (4 other users plus myself = 5). Do i need to migrate to QB online, or can I buy more user licences and set up my QB Desktop as a cloud-based multi-user app? If so, how to go about doing this? I am also concerned that support for QBDT is ending in 2023....what does this mean for me and my intention to set up the multi-user environment? Very confused....any help is appreciated.
Looking for app recommendation which can help in syncing the data from shopify to quickbooks online based on fulfillment date.
I got a detailed list of steps for importing Google Sheets into QuickBooks Online from @mv32 (QuickBooks Team). However, my QBO Plus does not have a dialog box for Google Sheets, only "Select a CSV or Excel file to upload" dialog box. Please, I am missing anything?
How do I import a list of suppliers.......where only the info I have added is uploaded and QB doesn't randomly add nonsense to my contact fields.
Hello Having successfully imported first csv file I see the following screenshot. I need to go to banking and import a second saved csv file. I can't get out of the first GL account to select the second one. How do I get back to the menu I had for the first file? Thanks
