Importing and Exporting Data

can't import my products. I have tried since yesterday at night and sill loading my products

I am using th eQuickbooks online version - Global version available in the UAE.My client uses Mindbody.  We extra ct the daily sales report - daily and would like to record the sales from the report into Quickbooks.How can we do this insteady of manual entry?Currently we enter as sales receipts for each day.How can we automate the creation of these with the daily sales report from Mindbody?

Two lodgements were imported on13th September and matched with their invoices. The same payments were imported again yesterday with 14th September as date. Bank records show payments received once. How do I remove the incorrect additional automatically downloaded payments?

What's going on? I subscribed to 1 year membership, and in my 2nd attempt of importing my transactions, the system doesn't recognize my descriptions. The file is downloaded directly from HSBC Business online banking and I only have about 25 transactions in July. Tech support closed my case, and I had to initiate my case again; now they claim to have fixed my problem, but I just checked, and the problem is the same. Now I'm entering another month, with all my accounting pending. BTW, during this month of down time, I had to request for reimbursement,  and its only for 1 month.

I get the following error when importing journal entries.  "These contacts don't exist in QuickBooks. Go back to your CSV file and match the name with a QuickBooks contact."   I can't figure out where the "contact" is located, or which contact it is referring to.    

I'm importing bulk expenses record, but need it in multiple lines. How?
