I have a question regarding my client, [removed]: Could you please let me know when she personally paid for her subscription?

Previously, Tailored Accounts managed and paid for the QuickBooks subscription for my client, [removed]. Recently, she has been paying by herself. Could you please let me know from which date she started paying the subscription on her own?

I recently noticed a recurring charge from your company on my account, but I have never used your service or knowingly subscribed to any of your plans. I also cannot find any option to cancel the subscription through your website or account settings. Could you please help me: Cancel any active subscription under my email address（PII email removed） Refund the recent payment that was charged without my authorization.
