Hi my company is operating in different parts of the world, like Pakaistan, Dubai and UK. I have created separate location for each country but i am unable to get the report of one specific location in their home currency like for Pakistan i booked the entries in PKR but when i try to export the data it only shows GBP. How to resolve this issue

Hi I am having a nightmare with quickbooks and sending myself round in circles when I am sure there must be an easy solution staring me right in the face, so I would love some help if anyone else has dealt with this? 1) in 2023 a retainage amount was kept back by a customer for 2 years. - it was deducted from the invoice on a line called retainage (asset account which is where it has sat until now). 2) I now need to request these funds from the customer - which sounds simple - except I need to enter it as a CIS Standard entry (so all the relevant internal recording of CIS takes place) - so how do I get rid of the amount showing in the retained asset account. If it wasn't CIS it would be added direct to the invoice - but because I need to use the CIS standard I cant do this. Am I missing something simple here?Thank you!

mileage allowance is set at 45p. I now need to reduce this the lower rate of 25p as i have hit the 10,000 mile limit for claiming 45p.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

E.g Bank transaction £95.65. Invoice from supplier £92.91 & remaider when missing part delivered

How do you record payment of an invoice

On creating the invoice it has a number but previewing shows blank, tried emailing it but it also comes as blank with no invoice number.
