Clicked Update layout but it doesn't work!

I see 'Update layout' on the top right of the estimates, if I click it , it changes the layout for 2 seconds and reverts back to the original layout. Does anyone know why or have tried it and it works, I'm using Chrome.

Starling bank receipts not transferred
