So it started with third party apps none will pull my UK ebay data into quickbooks from past months. i tried 4 and they all wouldnt do it. 2 of which the app developers told me that the uk ebay stuff is different to USA and europe so its harder for them to get it working and have had little to no interest to get it working. this has been going on for 3 weeks! ive resorted to manual import then use 1 app to do it from now on. i had to import all my ebay sales orders into quickbooks via csv myself was it a simple download and upload? NOOOOOOO! you have to change the column names and only put in the columns quickbooks will allow. then there was the date problem e.g. 10 jun 2025 it doesnt accept those dates no options for DD/MMM/YYYY in your options WHY??? Quickbooks even with being around for many years now they are not aligned with the major platforms at all!! they rely on you using 3rd party apps and if those dont work they are like sorry we have limited information we cant
Customers can view, download or print invoice but payment link has disappeared.
We are a club so our members are customers. But we hold deposits from them so they are creditors for these.
How to solve this

I am using a bank that does not link directly to QB so I need to manually upload the csv file with my bank transactions. However QB does not support the date format in my csv file which is YYYY-MM-DD. I can see QB supports this date format in other parts of the site (in its settings) but it is not listed for uploading bank transactions. I'm unable to complete the process as QB flags the date column as being in the wrong format. I am using QB online. Please help Eleanor
I was happy with self employed account but I had to update to sole trader and have had issues ever since. Bank transactions don’t transfer to my account, only if I input manually. Contacted quickbooks 3 times but still not resolved

I am a QuickBooks Self-Employed user. My invoices are not being delivered to my email address. Key facts: My domain’s DNS has been recently updated.Email is hosted on Google Workspace, properly authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC fully configured).I successfully receive account notifications from QuickBooks, but invoice emails are missing entirely.These missing emails don’t appear in Google Workspace logs, suggesting they may not be reaching Google’s servers at all.For a time, I had an auto-response enabled on this address, which may have triggered a suppression on your system. Could this issue please be escalated to your email deliverability team to review any suppression/block lists that may be affecting my address? Thank you for your assistance.
