Stand alone app, now not opening a 'new window'. It does, but closes the current ones. Also, when computer asleep for lunch break, it loses connection and needs restart?

Can these be fixed ?

Another account might have been created when you downloaded the mobile app. To check if this is the case, I suggest contacting the QBSE support to check your account. Here's how: Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. On the upper right, select Help menu. Click Contact Us. Fill in Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), then select Search. If you still need additional assistance, select Contact Us. Let us know if you have other concerns. We're here to help. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL!!! I want someone to call me and fix this ASAP or I will unsubscribe and no longer use Quickbooks if no one is willing to help this matter!!! Stupid how you keep referring to "Asking a question", and it isn't useful!!!!!! Sort this out now, please.

I've sold an item to my business but it's not doing the job. I wish to buy another and reverse this transaction. Can I do so?

I sold a vacuum cleaner to my business when it started in January and created a journal entry for this, with the estimated current value of the item being allocated to the 'owners contribution' account.  I would like to now buy an new model for the shop and return this item to my home.How do I reverse this transaction?  It was part of my last BAS but as a sale from myself there was no GST so can I just remove it, or is the total value still reflected in the BAS, and therefore it's not able to be changed?  If so, would I just create a new journal entry with the item being 'sold' from the business back to mysaelf.

Why can't I find Detail Type "Utilities" under Type "Expenses" when adding a new account to the chart of accounts?

After tried to do this quite a few times without success, I am thinking this might be a system bug. Please let me know if you find the answer. Thanks!

Can Quickbooks incorporate the use of the 'back button' on the mouse instead of manually clicking on the back arrow? It would make life so much more easier :-)
