J'ai dû téléverser certains relevés bancaires (carte crédit) au format .txt. Je vois très bien toutes les transactions lorsque je suis dans mes opérations bancaires mais lorsque je veux rapprocher j'ai le message qu'ils ne sont pas encore importés.

I am hoping someone can help. I recently had a computer crash. I have been using QuickBooks 2013 on my desktop for 10 years. I have a full back up of my 2013 files. When I try to upload them to the 2024 QB desktop trail version I am unable to. When I try to upload them online I am unable to. Neither option accepts my back up file format. After doing research - I've read the 2013 file formats cant be accepted by the newer versions. I no longer have my 2013 installation disk, but I do have my customer number and validation number which I've provided to QB. I have contacted QB via phone many times - they recommended I try the above - online and trial versions to get my files. They said my customer number and validation number do not exists (I kept a record of them upon purchasing and installing QB 2013 10 years ago when I registered my product) no help or progress from Intuit! Until quite recently, after I posted a journal entry I was able to print it. Now when I print the journal entry nothing loads, it prints a blank page. The journal entry was posted correctly I am just not able to print it. What changed?

The company I work for has been in business since 2006.  When I do a backup, it backs everything up from 2006 to current.  I would like to be able to backup from 2020 to current BUT not delete or lose the historical information. Is this doable?  Any advise will be greatly appreciated!  Thank you.

Like I store their credit card information and automatically bill their credit card.

I rarely add transactions directly from my bank feed. I use the Purchases by Product/Service Detail report to manage/report purchases. Having the report include bank transactions that are not related to purchases makes the report no longer meaningful. Is there a way to turn this off? Alison

We paid a bill to a supplier. They decided to amend the bill to a lesser amount They have reimbursed us by cheque. How should I record this?

With the new forced change roll out happening in May is there anyway to make our company logo a different size? The old invoice layout provided three size options and the new layout doesn't. Our company logo looks HUGE on the invoice, its a terrible look.  Will QB be implementing any additional options with the forced new modern view? I have submitted feedback multiple times but i honestly dont believe it does anything.    I also do not want to start using third party invoicing, its a huge hassle.
