Planning to switch from MileIQ to QB mileage. How can I add my husband to my QBSE account for trips he makes for our business
I have 15+ pending transactions on my QB checking account from debit card purchases that were not completed or cancelled. Pending transactions are holding over $1,600 and we have received no help from our calls and emails to GreenDot for resolution!

Hello! We are using QuickBooks Plus and QuickBooks Bill Pay Basic.Our current fiscal year runs Jan 1 to Dec 31, we want to change this to July 1 to June 30. This will take place in just a couple months. I located to change the fiscal year (see below), but when do I make this change? Do I wait until July 1st? We need to prepare and enter budgets either before or right after July 1st. What things need to happen between now and July 1st to make this a seamless transition? Also, we need our June financials have the YTD (Jan - June) amounts correct. Thank you. I no longer own my old vehicle, so how do I delete it?
I manage very few credit card transactions and they are all handled exclusively through QB Payments with no website e-commerce. QB is trying to tell me that I'm not PCI compliant and they want me pay SecurityMetrics to verify my compliance, but the PCI website says I can self-assess using SAQ-A and an AOC. I don't know how to submit this to QB without using the 3rd party. The QB TOS do not mention anything about verification or certification. They just list the actual 12 requirements that constitute PCI compliance, all of which I meet or are N/A. Frankly, this all feels quite scammy?

Quickbooks has been terrible with new auto pay for payroll taxes. Bring back option to turn it off. Talked to customer support and they could not turn it off because our account is part of a "test" that Quickbooks is doing and we were never even notified about. Very frustrating and waste of time since we already pay our taxes manually every week. This has been having us double paying. Would like a refund.
We bill customers $75.00 every 6 months. Customer paid $150 to cover the entire year. When I billed the 2nd $75.00 and used the remaining credit, it zero'd out the balance on the invoice, but on the client roster log balance shows up as -75.00 but the transactions log shows a 00 balance. Should the customer roster also reflect a 00 balance?

I have called multiple times, received case #s and sent information and emails per instructions...still NO RESOLVE. These go back to May...the amount of money being held pending far past the window of expiration - there has to be some way to get this fixed?!

How do I get rid of passwords for quickbooks desktop
I am getting frustrated with the Sales Tax Category field always changing to a suggested option every time I make an edit to an inventory item - as simple as renaming it, updating price, etc. Why can't it just keep the original category I have selected? Why does it have to always change it whenever I make even a simple change? I have to always change my category back to my default or previous option because the system always just changes it to something else.

As an IT Pro, I pretty much install QB, setup companies and thier backups. I do not really spend any time "using" the program. That said, I have been doing that much for over a decade. I have rarely ever done "performance" testing when opening files, I'm just used to it being slow, generally taking the better part of a minute or more to open, especially on older Gen 4-6 CPUs with 8GB Ram. Recently I replace a 5th Gen i5 that had 16GB RAM, the OS and QB App on an NVME and data on a 3.5" 7200 RPM HDD with a newer 10th gen i5 10500 CPU and 32GB RAM, NVME for the OS with QB and moved the data drive in it's entirety from the old PC. Never tested performance on this or the the old machine, which died. I have learned, from testing, that if one opens a company file and then closes and reopens the file, that QB opens the file faster the second time???? New to QBO payroll. Imported employee has a rate/hr, but this should be rate/day. How do I fix it?
As the title says. The new shipping manager is terrible and useless.No default settings are available. No way to remove the built in shipping carriers even if you don't use them. No way to roll back to the old version unless you uninstall and install older versions. No way to make return labels or charge to a third party like the old option. It truly was a leap backwards in all ways. A new feature no one asked for or wants. Intuits hallmark. I swear your developers don't listen to customers at all.I spoke to a support rep this morning who confirmed the current new shipping manager is useless.It won't use phone numbers if there are dashes. There is no default package options for size and weight. It has to be entered each time. No way to set your default carrier either.I tested the full update on a machine and lost access to the old shipping manager. Thankfully none of our workstations updated so I disabled updates for the time being.
Has there been an update to include this? Has anyone found a way to make this work and keep the taxes straight?
I am trying to set up a Roth 401(k) deduction for employees that is only to deduct the percentage from their regular payroll items and not include their bonus. Is it possible to set up for it to automatically calculate on their pay without their bonus? Thank you.
