Has anyone had difficulty matching PayPal donations in Quickbooks? The dates are accurate and the account is linked to our PayPal. We have had this issue the past week.

We have donations from last month sent via PayPal and when we click the "match" button it doesn't match. It has us search through a list of donations by date, we then click the date that pertains that specific PayPal donation, but it doesn't allow us to match.

401k limit is not reflecting catch up amount for employee turning 50 in december

For maximum contribution it allows me to go to 23,500 while employee turns 50 on Dec 28th and this should be allowed to contribute catchup this entire calander year.

Why is there no longer an option to "send via text" when I create an inovice?

Usually, when I send an invoice, there is an option to "send via SMS" at the top of the page. This option is no longer available and I can only send via email. What happened to this option?

How to show the invoice payment details

Have a deposit for an invoice that is showed paid. I want to delete the incorrect payment. However, when open the invoice I get a message that the payment is hidden. How do I unhide the payment so I can delete it.

I'm trying to update my "Work Info" for invoices. When I create a new invoice, I update my address. That seems to reflect only in that invoice. New ones show old data.

I want the changes I make in Invoices > Edit work info to reflect in all invoices moving forward.

Budget created with wrong year

I spent several hours manually entering data to a budget that is for the wrong year.  It is referencing 2021 but the budget is for 2020. Is there a way to change the budget year in QB Desktop Enterprise 18.0?  I really don't want to enter all data from scratch again if at all possible.  Is there a way to copy the budget in desktop QB?
