I can not get my online back up to pop up. I haven't been able to do an online in 66 days! I have desktop 2023. PLEASE HELP. It's like an ad blocker has it stopped and I can't get it......
I have a bank that shows up as a vendor.
We have 5 full time employees and 30 part time employees. The part time use QuickBooks Time. The full rime employees are paid a salary. Is there a way to track the full time employee vacation/sick pay without using time?

I noticed that system admin made edits last night. My state tax is due once a month after the end of the month. I walk in today and it is showing that the state tax is late for the payroll we just had last week. It's not even the end of the month yet and yesterday there was no action needed. Usually it says upcoming to pay and it will be on the next month by April 10th for the March payrolls. We have one more payroll in March. Why is it saying to pay early?
My register's data entries don't appear until after I click tab to go into the next data point. So, typing blindly, I'm hoping the data is spelled correctly. Nothing seems to fix it -- I condensed my data, verified everything in utilities, but nothing helps. My OS is Sequoia 15.5. Any suggestions?

I tried to do my research but I am still having a hard time understanding the function of Opening Balance Equity. Can someone REALLY break it down for me? From what I've gathered, the OBE account is for entering the balance of an account when it first connects with QuickBooks, but beyond that I'm lost. I'm still pretty new to QuickBooks, almost a year working with it but the company I work for has had QuickBooks for many years and a lot of the accounts are messed up so I'm trying to smooth it all out to the best of my knowledge. Someone before me did some journal entries in the OBE to get the balance to 0.00, but they put it into Undeposited Funds and now every time I make a bank deposit, the OBE balance is included with the checks. I just uncheck it to finalize the deposit, but is there a way to fix this? I'm trying to understand OBE so I can know the proper place for these journal entries because they aren't making sense to me. How do you use OBE and how do you properly zero it out?
I've been trying to figure out how to change the layout of the receive payments screen. I've found the layout designer, and have read several other articles, but what I've found isn't what I am trying to do. On the receive payment page, there is a button that when clicked, it opens another window with a drop down so you can pick which credit card someone is paying with. My goal is to have the different credit card options on their own clickable buttons so I don't have to use a drop down. In other words, I want each credit card name (Visa, MC, AMEX, etc) to the right of the line that has CASH, CHECK, ECHECK, etc. When processing a lot of payments, it would save a lot of time if I didn't have to use the drop down to select the credit card type. We never store the credit card info, so I don't need that field either on the drop down section. Honestly, I'm not sure this can even be done, but I thought I'd ask. My assistant processed Payroll on Wednesday 7-9-2025 She forgot to hit submit. I noticed the payroll was not pending this morning from my payroll account. She went into QB and hit submit. Will my team get paid today?
Is there some way to automate emails? We would like to send out review requests after we finish a job and the customer has paid the invoice?
The two subaccounts are reconciled. A reconciliation was prepared for two months for the PARENT account. I need to delete those reconciliations..
Some expenses got changed. Is there a way to view historical reconciliations to make sure they still balance? Thanks!
