How do i make payment terms 15 days on STMT i.e. I send a STMT that includes the 1st to 30th of the previous month and I need to be paid all on the 15th of next month?

The payment terms aren't custom enough as they only work on terms from the invoice date rather than from a custom date. This means there are always invoices that are due but actually aren't?

I incorrectly doubled my Bank on Quickbooks, I added my Bank Account as "Bank" and as "Cash and Cash Equivalents". How do I delete Cash and Cash Equivalents?

I can't add pay option in invoice.When ever i send invoice to my customer there is no option of " pay now" kindly help me in solving this problem thanks.

Quickbooks is not responding.Cache is cleared and it still doesn't respond. I am not the only one with the problem & my internet is fine. Please assist?

During processing the program just hangs and you cannot even log off. When you do manage to do a transaction it is posted more than once. Statements were sent 3 times.

Can I print on A5 paper in landscape format for my invoices ?

I live and use Quickbooks in South Africa .I have been using the desktop version for 23 years ,however have moved to the online version recently .I am frustrated as I cannot print my invoices on A5 paper in landscape mode .I have been told by a friend in the USA that :“You don't have to use the online version. It's switched to an app downloaded to desktop so they can bill you every year and keep the software to to date. It works exactly as the old disc installed version does.”Is the above correct ?Regards Mike
