We have created a quote for a client and created a progress invoice. The following totals are appearing on the quote screen  However they are not appearing on the quote template we issue to the client. QB Templates where lines Invoices covering multiple pages

Using a QB template. Most of invoices cover multiple pages. Is there anyway that we can set up the table so that the table headers, body row headers  appear on each page automatically  and subtotals are all reflected on the same page (currently subtotal is one one page) but final total on another page. Thank you
