Done so kind of update and now I have 3 things on a dashboard. Go to existing invoices and they are out of date. Happened overnight.
sitting in the spent column of my bank transactions that needs reconciling. Now the dispute has been settled and square has remitted the funds plus extra for $480.30 that is sitting in the received column. The net of $243.58 needs to be matched against invoices that are outstanding. Need to know how I can achieve this.

When I create invoice and try to send it .it error I can’t send the invoice
I make a number of purchases through Temu and have set up an auto-forwarder to my Quickbooks email. I noticed that despite my Temu invoice listing the items and prices on there, these get dropped when converted to QuickBooks. I then went through and exported them as PDFs and attached them to the same email hoping it would pick it up, and it ignores the attached PDF and strips all the content such as prices, items and total. I want to report this as a bug.

I was told by quickbooks that I needed to move to "open banking" to connect my business transactions to quickbook. they assured me my bank would be making it available on the 31st of october. it is the 4th of november and when I follow the prompts to connect my bank, I am moved through the process for "Direct Banking" and not "open banking". this is slightly infuriating, especially since now I have no bank connected to quickbooks and ive been on hold to talk to a human for about 30 minutes.
It used to give me total balance. Updates in WB has removed this function. Also my mileage record has vanished. QB is going backwards, and I will be looking for an alternative soon.
I have lots of invoices that has been sent out without the customer name. How can i rectify this easily without going through each one of them?
I need some help relating to banking, but it says QB human contact is closed and to contact during business hours....It is business hours now.
