Unable to get transactions for 1 account Bank - Error 324 - Can't find this account.

we are a Not for profit and wanted to send receipts to who ever donates to the organisation.

I have used QB for several years, this has not happened previously. I have tried recalling and redoing transaction categorisation. I've switched off QB and logged back in. still the same.

The Invoice view does not come up stating " Tax Invoice" It just says invoice.

Trying to edit inventory items to add cost, etc, but the error comes up when trying to save the item. The tax on Sales and Tax on Purchases fields are NOT set, relying on company defaults. But we can't save the cost to the item.

The help sections says 'to permanently change the billable rate, go to the employee profile' - I don't have an employee profile to change anything! Any help would be greatly appreciated - I have spent way too much time looking for this simple thing.

Hi There , we have 2 locations and want to use 2 different inv templates even differnt name and logo but when i create 2nd template ,it changes on both .any solutions its one business but store name and logo is diffenrt we are not trying to add 2nd business only need 2nd inv template xero offer that but its big job for me to swtich before trying here support confirms that this is not possible in qbo

Hirecenlty CBA updated netbank security and everytime I login QB tells me there is an issue with the beed & to fix it.  This requires a notification to my app everytime I refresh QB feed. I was sent an email to fix this and to connect a direct feed, or in my case 'get a better connection' since I have a CBA feed already. However, when I click the suggested link to "link account" there is NO option to get a better connection, and if I go through the process of direct feed the bank account I need it linked to is not available to chose in the list since it is already linked to a feed. If i remove the feed it says the bank account will no longer be available in the transaction page!!! why can't I see the "get better connection" choice in my file.
