Cuando hago click en La opcion "cierre del ejercicio" de las herramientas de contadores en la version internacional de QBO me aparece solo una pantalla en blanco.

When I click on the "closing of the financial year" option of the accountant tools in the international version of QBO, I only get a blank screen.

Why is a liability account, staff Pension, showing debit balance
