Why did QB Payroll not issue the direct deposits today like it was supposed to? I got the auto emails that everything looked good and another that everything processed.

I have tried contacting QB through chat and phone for over an hour but cannot reach anyone...

I ran payroll yesterday and QB says it was processed but no one got paid

Payroll was run yesterday, Quickbooks says it was processed. But no employee received their paycheck, and the funds did not leave the back. A message on the processed icon says that paycheck info was sent to the bank, employee will be paid by end of day 8/29/25. However, employee has spoken to her banks ACH department and there are no pending direct deposits. Does anyone have a solution?

Is there a problem with direct deposit payroll to my bank today?

QB says DD payroll has been processed for payout today but the withdrawal has not occurred in my bank account. Nothing has changed with my bank account or QB. I can connect to my bank and update my balance. Workforce sent notifications to employees for today's DD. CHAT is down.
