Hello, my name is Noah Mpira. My subscription is QuickBooks Online Simple Start under Tikwere Motorcycling. I am in Malawi and cannot pay via card due to government forex restrictions. I would like to request a manual invoice with SWIFT bank transfer details so I can pay my subscription before the cancellation date. Thank you.

I have tried contacting QB through chat and phone for over an hour but cannot reach anyone...
Why didn't my contractors get paid today via direct deposit? Does the labor day holiday effect this? I submitted payroll thursday morning as i usually do.
Our employees have not been paid, even though it appears in Quickbooks that the processing was successful.
Does anyone have info on payroll direct deposits for today?
Payroll was run yesterday, Quickbooks says it was processed. But no employee received their paycheck, and the funds did not leave the back. A message on the processed icon says that paycheck info was sent to the bank, employee will be paid by end of day 8/29/25. However, employee has spoken to her banks ACH department and there are no pending direct deposits. Does anyone have a solution?
QB says DD payroll has been processed for payout today but the withdrawal has not occurred in my bank account. Nothing has changed with my bank account or QB. I can connect to my bank and update my balance. Workforce sent notifications to employees for today's DD. CHAT is down.
All of the direct deposits I have processed for today's date have not gone through

Everyone received a confirmation email from Workforce but no one has actually gotten paid.
