QuickBooks Q&A

Shopwired and quickbooks are linked, so when an order is placed on shopwired it raises and invoice and pays this off on quickbooks. A couple times a week shopwired will then issue a payout to our bank for multiple orders. I currently raise a bank deposit for these and match them to the transactions in the bank but my accountant has just advised me this is causing duplicate sale transaction as the invoice is raised and paid off automatically to the current account but we then have a bank deposit which will be for multiple orders that paid into the current account. Is it that when the invoice is raised and paid off this shouldnt be posted to the current account?.
Hi, I am currently paying our suppliers manually through the bank. I want to be able to run a bulk payment file from quickbooks i.e. select the suppliers I want to pay and send this file to the bank for processing. Rather than having to manually pay each supplier one by one in the bank. We could have 200 suppliers to pay so this is really time consuming. Has anyone come up with a way around doing this as Quickbooks UK does not do this, seemingly only Quickbooks US. I cannot understand why the UK version cannot do this as it is a fairly normal feature in accounts packages.
I have a custom report called "Current YTD Creditors Report". I can change the run date to end of last financial year. But I cannot see how to change the report title to "Year End Creditors Report"; and I also cannot see how to save it so that it keeps the last year end date. (It keeps reverting to use today's date). Anyone know how to make these changes please ?
I have Quickbooks self employed btw

I have entered payment details and a logo but they don't show up on my invoice. I have had two long customer service conversations about this and they just tell me it's being looked into and is a known fault. Surely this is the most basic thing an accounting package should be able to do? Has anyone else had this issue?
Does Quick Books have MTD for Income Tax working so that I can start submitting quarterly returns. I have already enrolled in the pilot scheme.
Bank account added several times and connected, when asked to "save"under main use of account it won't save. iOS up to date and reloaded app

My small business insurance (public liability and stock cover) is entered in the business expense category Rent/Utilities/Insurance but then it appears as disallowed on my tax summary
Good afternoon I have been using Self Employed for just over a year. Im fully employed (PAYE) in the construction industry with no input apart from tax code that I have inserted in QBSE On my UK HMRC account, I added that I also had a self employment. In filling in the self assessment forms that are attached to my account for completion (HMRC) the box numbers do not tally with those shown on QB. I feel sure this is an error on my side. Or am I in-fact over complicating it, do I just need to take some key information and enter on the HMRC site like income, expense etc
there are two random letters appearing in my address on my template
I want to set up payroll
The Transaction Detail Report when run directly does not have a running balance. This is a bummer. When an account is drilled down it does show the running balance. However the field I am looking for is Payment Mode which is absent when one drills down from say an item on the Balance Sheet. That field (Payment Mode) which is important to me is absent from the Detail Transaction Report when run directly. This means we cannot customize Petty cash or Bank or such reports.
I am currently subscribed to Quickbooks via Apple billing, but it will not let me upgrade to the next package through my subscriptions. How do i do this?
HOW DO I CONTACT TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE? WHY WOULD IT ONLY GIVE ME A 1 MONTH FREE TRIAL?
