How can exceptions from an expired bank connection be removed from the current VAT return?

I mistakenly posted several months worth of transactions from our old business bank account thinking it would help carry out our self assessment for 24-25. I am now unable to "uncategorise" them. I am seeking advice from the financial professional that helps us also, to see if we can adjust the difference out..

I'm working for an agency as an hgv driver.every time I create invoice. its asking for name. i put agency name and next time. it doesn't except agency name.

on the name section. doesn't except same details. has to be different every time. not sure why that is

Will Intuit Quickbooks Online be HMRC and Companies House compatible when the current online accounts and company tax return service closes on 31 March 2026

I run several small businesses in the UK including a micro entity Ltd company. I received a notification that the online accounts and company tax return service is closing on 31 March 2026 and I must find an alternative method for filing my accounts etc once that happens. Clicked Update layout but it doesn't work!

I see 'Update layout' on the top right of the estimates, if I click it , it changes the layout for 2 seconds and reverts back to the original layout. Does anyone know why or have tried it and it works, I'm using Chrome.

Starling bank receipts not transferred

I’ve recently signed to QB linked my starling account which has all transactions attached with receipts and notes . Which haven’t these linked with QB? Only the transaction itself is visible

I've been trying to create a new journal using QB online on my android phone. The keyboard disappears immediately. It allows me to type in the journal no. but no details.

I've cleared cache, restarted, used a different browser and am able to use keyboard in other functions such as typing this now on my mobile with no issues.

Cannot resubscribe as Error code: -81594, type: VALIDATION simply appears

As in the title, the given Error Code appears each time. Tried to resubscribe from both the universal account management and also the Self-Employed page.Have tried to update my address but it is the correct one; cannot update billing info, as the error code appearing just blocks that.
